At The Spinning Pig, we use traditional slow roasting, for the most tender and succulent meat possible. We also ensure that the crackling is cooked to absolute perfection, by scoring and salting the rind prior to cooking.
We’re incredibly passionate about the standard of service and food we provide, using only the best, locally sourced produce to ensure you and your guests get the exceptional quality you deserve.
Included in our service is the provision of quality disposable plates, napkins, disposable cutlery, gas, gazebo (3m x3m) and serving tables with tablecloths. After food service, The Spinning Pig will discretely clear away our own refuse and remove off-site.
Our ovens are also excellent for cooking lamb, beef, turkey and chicken, and we’re always looking for new and exciting ideas to serve. Get in touch to let us know what you want!
